At Great Little Trading Co, we design our children’s products with care and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, bedding sets, duvets, and pillows unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items are marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Please use our Return Request Template below.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
